The BOI even offers on-site visa and work permits, with most permits being issued in under three hours! I saw this facility in action and was impressed by its organization; clearly marked queues, attentive staff and a clean, bright space made the process of issuing visas and permits look calm and orderly.

The business must obtain a direct-pay sales and use tax permit from the State of Arkansas. This credit cannot be carried forward or back, and cannot be used to generate a refund to the taxpayer.
