This evening an ordinance will be introduced in the Baltimore City Council to adopt the 2018 International Green Construction Code. In the realm of green building this is a big deal. The existing green building code mandates that nearly all newly constructed or extensively modified building must be certified green.

Green Building Council platform. While we are aware of six LEED Dynamic Plaque certifications, according to the USGBC, the Dexter Horton Building in Seattle was the first of the six buildings certified with the Dynamic Plaque. The LEED Dynamic Plaque does not override any other certification. It is a whole lot more than a 7 lb.
