Tucson ignores ADA, building code on city-owned property

The city of Tucson, Ariz., takes a firm position when it comes to violations of its building code or the Americans with Disabilities Act unless the violator is the city of Tucson. Besides being unpaved, which is required of all other commercial parking lots, it lacks handicapped spots, and it doesn’t mark individual parking boundaries.
