BIM is NOT 3D modeling (Revit, Archicad, Bentley, etc.), BIM is the visualization and modeling of the built environment to assist in associated decision support, via ANY means, leveraging digital technology. – Via open, transparent data architectures and lexicon. although some vendors tend to perpetuate this myth.

Visual estimating/automatic quantity take off ( QTO), and collaborative contract/project/document management, are all in one application. BIM is the life-cycle management of the built environment supported by digital technology.
