A designer’s primary interest is for example the spatial structure, a structural engineer’s primary interest is the load bearing structure, while an energy engineer is interested in climate zones. The first documented use of the term BIM can be dated back to 1992 (van Nederveen & Tolman).

A small degree of cracking is quite common in most concrete structures, and can sometimes be ignored depending on how prevalent they are. Since the main function of concrete in the cover zone is to protect the steel reinforcement from corrosion, cracks in floor slabs can generally be filled with a cement paste. Anyway good job.

Aside from the dimensions of the objects themselves we have further considered their relationship to other objects and zones of clearance. However, when assembled to make an accessible WC package, we have considered further dimensional information such as wheelchair turning circles, clearance zone and tolerances.
