Skanska lands £450m Lower Thames Crossing deal

Skanska has been named as preferred bidder for the £450m Kent Roads contract on the Lower Thames Crossing project. It is the second major award on the project after Balfour beat Kier to the £1.2bn roads package north of the Thames.
