While in school, I got to work with a really strong suite of software including products like AutoCAD and Revit among others which boosted my interest. I was in charge of a project schedule and used technology often. They just had to click on a model on the iPad to get this high level of detail for the project.

I think that model is what we’ll continue to see moving forward. . I can carry it around on my iPad and in my safety vest. Aside from just doing reality capture, some of these companies use photogrammetry to create 3D models of the site conditions. That point cloud then gets compared to your BIM models and schedule.
