I didn’t think the number of commercial general contractors bidding on one job could be higher than what we saw in 2010. I was wrong.

And of course the industry did see some notable shopping center renovations in 2010, such as Randhurst Mall in Chicago and Hamilton Plaza Shopping Center in New Jersey.
