We used to complain that CAD drawings looked horrible and now that concept has nearly been forgotten. Once the principals saw the data loss and loss of efficiency from such workarounds they got over the look of the documents. especially as documents became a secondary deliverable to the coordinated BIM. Quite often we need to organize our plots for different submittal package sets (Schematic Design Presentation, Land Use Permit, Plan Check, Construction Admin, etc). We decided that we also wanted to be able to sort the sheets in our project browser (and our drawing lists) by Submittal Package. and check the category Drawing Sheets.

We currently have 4 Revit projects under construction, but not all of our projects made it through the CD phase. To add to the complexity, the as-built drawings we had on file were not accurate to the true construction of the existing structure because the original architect had improvised the design during construction.
