There is an iPad compatible version of Design Review too. Here's the sample house project file open on my iPad. Obviously there is some reluctance to review drawings on screen, on the computer. To make the review process easier and more like paper we really need to use the largest screen that we can manage.

You really just need to request the construction drawings in PDF format instead of paper, and you are ready to go digital. For everyday work, the crews need to be equipped with a device that gives them a larger space to view drawings. The key is getting crew leaders a tablet that they can use to access the digital drawings.

Secondly, I recently read a really interesting article by Clive Thompson in the most recent issue of Wired (which by the way subscribers now have free access on Ipad! So if "Revits" replacement does not really interest me (because I dont think there really will be one perse). Guess I need to get with the times( 3 )!). Realtime (or near to).
