Wisconsin's DOT project manager, Michael Kretschmer, told WSAW-TV in Wausau, Wisconsin the agency has chosen to do more construction during night hours due to lighter traffic and safety concerns. Crews working on HWY 29 from Business 51 to County Road Q have been put on an 8pm to 6am shift.
