I created a video to describe what happens when Revit contours dont quite match up with the underlying cad file contours that were used to generate a toposurface. The first part of the video explains that the Site Settings usually dont match the contour interval settings of the cad source file. Book - Introducing Revit Architecture.

Ive been teaching our office how to use Revit Architecture. To add to the complexity, the as-built drawings we had on file were not accurate to the true construction of the existing structure because the original architect had improvised the design during construction. Im a Revit Beginner with an architectural office in Santa Barbara.

Ive been teaching our office how to use Revit Architecture. We used to complain that CAD drawings looked horrible and now that concept has nearly been forgotten. When, at first, we relied heavily on Revit's wall cleanup capabilities our contractors thought we were stupid cause we couldn't draw. Revit Beginners.
