Integrated Health Projects has signed off a £100m deal with Derbyshire Healthcare Trust to design and build two 54-bed mental health facilities. Ryder Architecture designed the units along with Curtins Consulting as the structural engineer and CAD 21 as building services designer.

A good modeller will have plenty of opportunities to model, but rule number one is, that the ‘drawings’ are priority, what consultancies get paid for.
