You just linked a developed Revit model into a new project file and you cant seem to find it. If I just imported a project and I cant seem to locate the imported model the first thing I do is setup my radar. Once an as-built model is done you might want to archive a copy of the model just incase the design scope changes and you have to start all over again with a clean as-built. Some food for thought: Could it (read that as "it will") be better to let the walls be modeled as they will be built (with dead spaces in between), rather than using in-place walls that simply mimic old methodologies, like CAD or Hand drawn lines filled with poche or hatching? It is more suited to a model that is about graphics.

This isnt necessarily a bad habit as long as they are using detail lines and not model lines (detail lines are view specific but model lines will show up everywhere). If you know photoshop, using this software is a snap. It loaded viewing the model from the bottom of the floor, under the building.
