No one else is going to be able to edit ANY modeled elements that are on that workset. or do a save to central and relenquish user-created worksets so other users can work on the model too. You just linked a developed Revit model into a new project file and you cant seem to find it. If I just imported a project and I cant seem to locate the imported model the first thing I do is setup my radar. Once an as-built model is done you might want to archive a copy of the model just incase the design scope changes and you have to start all over again with a clean as-built. Some food for thought: Could it (read that as "it will") be better to let the walls be modeled as they will be built (with dead spaces in between), rather than using in-place walls that simply mimic old methodologies, like CAD or Hand drawn lines filled with poche or hatching? It is more suited to a model that is about graphics.

This isnt necessarily a bad habit as long as they are using detail lines and not model lines (detail lines are view specific but model lines will show up everywhere). It loaded viewing the model from the bottom of the floor, under the building. I tried to reload it and checked as many settings as I could in Revit to try and find out why the model loaded this way in Impression. Google Sketchup. Find Consultants.
