OSHA Cites Komatsu for Safety Violations

OSHA has cited Komatsu America Corporation in Peoria, Ill. with four safety violations after an employee died following an injury sustained at the truck manufacturing plant in August 2012. OSHA has cited Komatsu America Corporation in Peoria, Ill. Proposed penalties total $82,000. The employee died two days later.
