London’s Camden Council is advancing plans for a £470m mixed-use scheme near Kings Cross to provide 350 homes and 200,000 sqft of commercial space. Council chiefs have started the hunt for a development partner to lead the regeneration plan, which will see around £270m invested in constructing homes and offices on the two sites.
